Incubée par PULSALYS, la startup NewClin développe une plateforme digitale gratuite d’e-santé basée sur l’intelligence artificielle et le big data. Face aux difficultés d’accès aux services de santé, NewClin a pour ambition d’apporter des réponses rapides et personnalisées à chaque usager. Cette « clinique virtuelle » qui pourrait être déployée en France à partir de fin 2020, a pour ambition de devenir un espace personnel où chaque utilisateur pourra accéder au parcours de santé auquel il aspire et a droit.

Syndivia In-Licenses DARx Technology for 1-to-1 Linkage of Antibodies and Payloads for Preparation of New Classes of Biologics. (Conectus)
Syndivia, a biotechnology company focused on the development of new therapeutic modalities for solid cancers based on a specific targeting of the tumour microenvironment and anatomical hallmarks, announced today that it has been granted an exclusive, worldwide license by SATT Conectus for a technology (DARx) that opens access to a wide range of previously inaccessible biologics formats, such as antibody–drug, antibody–oligonucleotide, and antibody–interleukin conjugates with a defined degree of conjugation of 1. This minimum possible degree of conjugation was found to have important advantages for addressing solid cancer indications in vivo. The development of this technology for both therapeutic and diagnostics applications will be carried out by Syndivia in Strasbourg, France.

Signia Therapeutics, startup boostée par PULSALYS, repositionne des médicaments pour de nouvelles ,indications antimicrobiennes. (PULSALYS)
Issue d’un programme de recherche de 10 ans mené par le Dr. Manuel Rosa-Calatrava et son équipe au sein du Laboratoire de Virologie et Pathologie Humaine rattaché au CIRI (UCBL, ENS Lyon, Inserm et CNRS) avec le soutien fort des filiales de l’UCBL, Lyon Ingénierie Projet (LIP) et EZUS, puis boostée par PULSALYS, la startup Signia Therapeutics fondée en avril 2017 propose une technologie de rupture qui permet de repositionner des médicaments déjà sur le marché pour de nouvelles indications thérapeutiques anti-infectieuses. Lauréate du concours i-Lab 2017 et labellisée « French Tech Seed » par le consortium Pouss@LYS en mars dernier, Signia a finalisé une première levée de fonds qui lui permettra de poursuivre le développement de sa plateforme SIGNATURA de criblage in silico, d’évaluation et de validation in vitro, ex vivo et in vivo de médicaments pour leur repositionnement dans le traitement des infections respiratoires.

Syndivia in-licenses novel antibody against tumor-specific form of CD146 from SATT Sud-Est. (Conectus)
Syndivia, a biotechnology company focused on the development of new therapeutic modalities for solid cancers based on specific targeting of the tumor microenvironment and anatomical hallmarks, announced today that it has been granted an exclusive, worldwide sublicense by SATT Sud-Est to the immunoconjugates of the anti-CD146-ts antibody (excluding diagnosis), which binds a tumor-specific form of CD146 found on a number of solid cancers. CD146-ts has a central role in the mechanism of tumorigenesis and has the potential to address a current unmet need in cancer therapy. The development of novel biologic entities (NBE) targeting CD146-ts will be undertaken by Syndivia in Strasbourg, France.
